The BroncBushing™ is BroncBuster’s solution to one of the most overlooked—but critical—weak points in the 6th Gen Bronco’s steering system: the driver-side steering rack support.

Lift kits and oversized tires put extra leverage on the steering gear, causing movement inside the aluminum housing where the rack shaft enters. This results in internal wear, gear separation, and eventually complete rack failure.

The BroncBushing™ eliminates that movement by inserting a high-strength acetal plastic bushing into the housing, supported by a snap ring, o-ring, billet clamp, and custom install tool. The result? Zero play. Better control. Longer rack life.
